R&B acheives accelerated success in negotiation workshops with scores of people in varied groups by paying attention to three essentials;

Teach Negotiation, communication and conflict resolution skills to groups of 8 to 20 employees.
Within this training we run a sub agenda of corporate strategic thinking, personal responsibility for outcomes and the empowerent of the individual to work fully within and toward corporate objectives.
We reduce the personal anxiety of employees at work by giving them the tools to know they are competent. (Competent people are not narrow thinkers, conformists, time servers or afraid to totally own their job or project.)
We spend 70% of the workshop time in simulations and exercises - this is not a chalk and talk process.
More productive and committed employees. You give a gift to the people participating. For them, the ability to negotiate effectively; saves money on a new TV, resolves major conflict with teenagers (and two year olds..) and adds to their feeling of power and control. We call it a gift because individuals want that feeling, and you're giving it to them.
Staff talking with a common langage and committed to your vision and goals. They will acknowledge ownership of and responsibility for their jobs and specifically reaffirm agreement on the outcomes you are paying them to deliver.
A reduction in the power of external organisations, such as Unions and self interested lobby groups. Unwanted intrusion often unfavourably affects resource allocation to the detriment of core organisational goals.
An increase in discretionary time. You can at least halve the time you spend in meetings by negotiating rather than arguing. Empowered staff will confidently pursue agreed work objectives without the need for obsessive supervision and control
You get a re-enthused staff,a confident staff and an ongoing comittment to your core values. We've found that our workshops often encourage the capable to do more, and help the under-achievers to decide to leave. Our three day workshops are that powerful!
You must have an unambiguous and rock-solid belief that the provision of skills for your people is part of the core beliefs of your organisation. It's a small statement, with a big meaning.
Easy. Contact us and we'll be more than happy to show you what we can do for you.
We're proud of our work, and we can cheerfully provide references to our work.
