Negotiation is Rose & Barton's prime business. It is not a sideline or spin-off activity. When you deal with R&B you are dealing with people whose main focus is negotiation, a firm that is up to date with advances world-wide.
We also teach negotiation, communication and conflict resolution skills to groups of up to 20 employees. Within this training we run a sub agenda of corporate strategic thinking, personal responsibility for outcomes and the empowerent of the individual to work fully within and toward corporate objectives.
